Who this applies to
This policy applies to anyone who visits judihampshire.com, submits an enquiry through the contact form, or books a call through my Google Calendar booking page.
What information I collect
When you fill in the contact form on this site, I collect your name, email address, website URL, and the information you provide about your business and what you're looking for.
When you book a call through my Google Calendar booking page, Google collects your name and email address to confirm the appointment. This is handled directly by Google and subject to Google's own privacy policy.
This site may also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and general location data. This data is anonymised and used only to understand how the site is being used.
How I use your information
I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we are a good fit to work together, deliver services if we enter into a working relationship, and send you relevant communications about my services where you have expressed interest.
I do not sell your data. I do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver my services, as outlined below.
Third parties I work with
Your form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), which delivers them securely to my inbox. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Appointment bookings are handled by Google Calendar. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
This site is hosted by Lovable. Lovable's privacy policy is available at lovable.dev/privacy-policy.
How long I keep your information
If we do not end up working together, I keep your enquiry information for a maximum of 12 months. If we do work together, I keep your information for the duration of our working relationship and for up to 3 years afterwards for record-keeping purposes.
You can ask me to delete your information at any time by emailing judi@judihampshire.com.
Your rights
If you are based in South Africa, you have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
If you are based in the UK or European Union, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability.
