I've spent two decades in advertising and project management working for the world's largest advertising agencies, leading complex programmes, holding senior teams together. That's how I think. That's the experience I bring to the table
As a Digital OBM, I step in alongside founders who need someone to hold the operational picture together. Systems, projects, people, priorities. The glue that binds the business ready for scale.
And increasingly, AI is a big part of how I do that. I build custom AI agents and automated workflows that plug directly into your operations, so your business runs more efficiently. This isn't a bolt-on. It's business intelligence to being future ready.
Interestingly, I'm also a certified life coach and NLP practitioner. I don't lead with that, but it shapes everything I do. It means I notice the human dynamics underneath the workflows.

I can hold a complex, moving picture in my head and identify where the pressure points are without needing it all mapped out in a linear sequence first.
